As an undergraduate, I fell in love with narrative nonfiction podcasts like Radiolab and This American Life. My senior capstone focused on podcasting, and I continued those skills with my post-grad project, The Road I Travel, as well as by teaching an independent study in podcasting in fall 2016. Eventually I landed at the podcast network, Wondery, where I successfully pitched an original series idea that became The Daily Smile.
